ViaMens was founded in 2011.
Erik Versteeg has a solid academic background in business administration, with a focus on general management. Over the course of his career, he has worked with business owners, investors, and publicly listed companies—several of which are market leaders in their sectors. Through these collaborations, Erik has developed deep expertise in general management, leadership, change management, organizational improvement, sales, customer experience, process optimization, and corporate governance.
In addition to his work with ViaMens, Erik is regularly engaged as a sparring partner for executive teams, investors, and entrepreneurs. He also serves as a special advisor to several organizations.
Erik earned his academic degree in Business Administration at Nyenrode Business University, and studied Economics & Management with a specialization in Facility Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
In his free time, Erik is a martial arts instructor at the First Judo and Jiu Jitsu School in Utrecht (EUJJS, founded in 1942). This background allows him to build unique bridges between the principles of traditional Japanese martial arts and dynamics in the business world.
